ROOF PANELS
The thermal insulating panels are complex,
self-supporting roofing elements
, that consist of two formed metal sheets and
internal coating of self-extinguishing polyurethane resin.
The
external metal sheet of the panel is trapezoidal,
with five trapezoids.
The internal metal sheet is slightly formed with corrugations.
Materials
Hot dipped galvanised according to ΕΝ 10142: 90/ Α1 95,
ΕΝ 10147:91/ and A1 95 EN 10143 ,
in thicknesses 0,40 mm
to 0,75 mm,
prepainted with polyester colours (ΕΝ 10169).
In various colours.
Polyurethane foam has density
equal 40 ± 2 kgr/m3
Tolerances on dimension
Thickness : ± 2mm
Length : ± 5mm -

that consist of two formed metal sheets and internal coating of
self-extinguishing polyurethane resin.
They can also be used for construction of internal partitions and
suspended ceilings
The
wall panels consist of two
metal sheets, which are slightly formed with
corrugations and insulation of self extinguishing polyurethane resin.
The special
forming of the male-female panel ends, in order to interlock during
fixing, provides the panels with full tightness and increased
thermal insulation, without the need to protect the joint with
additional sealing material.
